NO more excuses… BUT… Treadmill not your thing???… Find it hard to stick to a fitness program? Then why not give Group Fitness a try… It’s included in your membership!

Studies have shown that people will often see better results when they train in groups. They will train harder, for longer and are likely to come more often. When we add great music and awesome instructors to the mix we see some amazing results.

Participating in Group Fitness gives you structure and discipline. Because it’s scheduled in at a specific time, you’re more likely to keep the commitment even if you don’t feel like it. Having an instructor and people around you doing the same routine helps you to stay focused and motivated, pushing yourself further to work harder and burn more calories.

Even if you don’t feel like working out, being in a room with people who are upbeat and excited is likely to lift your mood and make you feel more positive about exercising. You’re all there to support and encourage each other and the camaraderie can be a powerful motivator.

Here at FRANK’S we offer a variety of different types of group fitness classes, classes ranging from absolute beginner to “workout warrior”, there’s something for everyone and you’ll never get bored! We have class times to suit all… All held in a fully air conditioned studio with a great sound system and fully sprung floor.

FRANK’S offers mind body classes including Pilates, Yoga, and LES MILLS Body Balance. We have  Boxercise and Spin classes and Back to Basics, a perfect place to start if you have never tried  a Group Fitness Class before. We also offer LES MILLS Body Combat, Body Step and Body Pump at FRANK’S….. with experienced instructors, motivating music and constantly  changing routines, your workouts will never become boring, in fact you will be having so much fun it won’t even feel like you’re exercising!
